Job description

Machine Operators and Assemblers are among the unsung heroes of the auto industry. All the plastic pieces on and inside that car or truck you drive? The odds are good that they were made at this small-town company located minutes from Kalamazoo/Oshtemo.
You're the ideal Machine Operator candidate if you:
  • Can spot a flaw from a mile away thanks to your keen eye for detail
  • Are mechanically inclined
  • Like working with your hands
  • Welcome the arm workout that comes with continuous lifting (which way to the gun show?)
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Would rather be on your feet all day than behind a desk
  • Look great in safety glasses
  • Think jeans are the ideal work uniform
