SUMMARY:
The VP of Operations will lead manufacturing functions across multi-site plant facilities, ensuring excellence in manufacturing, quality, operations, inventory management, and EHS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans, driving performance metrics, and fostering a high-performance workforce.
REQUIREMENTS:
