Position Title: Front Desk Administrator (Temp) Wellington 

Pay 7 

Salary: $30-$32/hour

Job Summary

Working in this role, you will be a key point of contact for both associates and guests. You will be a visible, mobile, always available presence in the assigned area. It will be expected that you establish trusting relationships with employees.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes customers to the workplace, confirms their requirements, and orients consequently
  • Walks the space and is visible throughout the day to communicate with employees, gather their feedback, and assist them with their needs
  • Collaborates to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situationsRemains aware of and prepares for major events, visits, presentations, etc.
  • Maintains continual communication and interfaces with all departments throughout the site
  • Answers and properly directs incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or equivalent hospitality experience 
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in hospitality industry 
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to create and maintain a welcoming, hospitable environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under varying stressful conditions with a patient, calm and friendly demeanor
  • Resourcefulness, professionalism, and poise
