Job description

Work Type: Full Time, Onsite, 6 month contract Compensation: $22-24/hr Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, department events, visitor logistics, catering, meeting materials, and meeting minutes.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including contractor access, network IDs, workspace setup, and equipment coordination.
  • Maintain department records, training documentation, organizational charts, contact lists, and shared resources.
  • Process invoices, purchase requisitions, service requests, and other administrative transactions.
  • Assist leadership with reports, presentations, document control, and day-to-day administrative support.
  • Manage office operations including supplies, vendor services, vehicle administration, payroll/timekeeping support, and employee recognition activities.
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative support experience, preferably supporting leadership or project-focused teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience with meeting coordination, documentation, records management, and administrative processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with onboarding, vendor coordination, invoice processing, or timekeeping functions preferred.
  • Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Tampa and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
