Job description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled E2E Test Engineer with strong experience in telecom domain testing and modern test automation using Playwright. The role focuses on validating complex end-to-end workflows across telecom systems, ensuring high-quality releases, and driving automation-first testing practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute end-to-end test scenarios covering telecom OSS/BSS workflows (order management, provisioning, billing, activation, etc.).
  • Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and architecture teams to understand system flows and define test coverage.
  • Validate integrations across APIs, UI, middleware, and downstream systems in complex telecom ecosystems.
  • Drive shift-left testing by embedding automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work closely with engineering teams for defect resolution.
  • Enhance existing automation frameworks for reliability, reusability, and execution efficiency.
  • Support regression, smoke, and release validation cycles for large-scale telecom applications.
  • Ensure test coverage across multi-system workflows, including microservices-based architectures.

Required Skills:
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing with strong focus on E2E testing.
  • Hands-on experience in telecom domain (OSS/BSS, order-to-activate, billing, provisioning flows).
  • Strong expertise in test automation using Playwright (Java/TypeScript/JavaScript).
  • Experience with API testing (REST/GraphQL) and tools like Postman or similar.
