Job Description:

MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experiencedย Data Telecommunications Circuit Provisionerย located inย Remote.ย Our client is a Building automation industry leader looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. They are known to respect a traditional work week and often extend contracts for added job security and stability

Role Summary / Overview

Provision internet and data circuits, including Ethernet, MPLS, DIA, and broadband services, through telecom carriers and ISPs.

Coordinate with vendors, network engineers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery and successful activation of circuits.

Track and manage circuit orders throughout their lifecycle, from submission to installation and testing.

Maintain accurate documentation of circuit inventory, order status, and vendor communications.

Identify and resolve provisioning issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Review, validate, and approve vendor quotes.

Support network upgrades, migrations, and new site deployments by ensuring circuit readiness.

Partner with billing and finance teams to verify circuit charges and resolve billing discrepancies.

Document provisioning processes and contribute to process improvements and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications provisioning, with a strong focus on internet and data circuits.

Hands-on experience working with major telecom carriers such as AT&T, Lumen, Verizon, Comcast, and Zayo.

Strong understanding of circuit types and provisioning concepts, including Ethernet, T1, fiber, broadband, LOA/CFA, FOC, demarcation, and circuit extensions.

Experience using telecom ordering and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, and carrier portals.

Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other standard productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise network environments or managed service providers.

Working knowledge of IP networking fundamentals.
