Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of telecommunications and managed services projects. This role is well suited for someone with telecom experience who is developing their project management skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

The Project Coordinator will assist with tracking project activities, coordinating with internal teams and telecom carriers, and helping ensure projects move forward smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating managed services and telecom projects from initiation through completion.
  • Support multiple active projects related to infrastructure services such as Ethernet, SD-WAN, GPON, and firewall installations.
  • Work closely with internal engineering, operations, and service delivery teams to track tasks and milestones.
  • Coordinate with telecom carriers (such as AT&T, Lumen/CenturyLink, Verizon) for circuit ordering, scheduling, and status updates.
  • Maintain project documentation including timelines, notes, status updates, and close-out information.
  • Help track project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Communicate project updates to customers and internal stakeholders under the guidance of senior project managers.
  • Log issues, delays, or risks and escalate them to senior team members when needed.
  • Update project management systems and internal databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Follow established project processes and contribute ideas for improving coordination and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination, service delivery, or operations role within telecommunications or managed services.
