Required Experience:
- Own and manage the delivery, provisioning, modifications, and disconnects of telecom circuits across stores, distribution centers, and corporate sites
- Hands-on experience ordering, provisioning, activating ("turning up"), and disconnecting ("turning down") telecom circuits
- Direct carrier management experience with providers such as AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, Lumen, Spectrum, Cox, or similar telecommunications vendors
- Strong understanding of WAN, MPLS, DIA, Ethernet, broadband, voice, and related telecom services
- Experience managing telecom inventory databases, circuit records, and carrier contracts
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
