Job description

Summary
Fire Creek Services Company, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant/FSO to serve as the primary operational hub, professional gateway and Assistant facility Security Officer for ANG OTTI COS, providing critical mission support to program You will act as the facility Receptionist and Access Control Lead, overseeing building security and guest logistics. This is a dual-role position responsible for implementing and maintaining security programs under NISPOM and DoD regulations, while providing administrative support to ensure office efficiency by maintaining authoritative records and rigorous schedule alignment
Essential Functions
  • Implement and manage facility security program. Conduct personnel security and visit requests. Support compliance audits and inspections.
  • Administrative Functions Attend project reviews and technical meetings for the program to record authoritative meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure decisions are documented for project continuity. Provide administrative scheduling and office support.

Competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Previous experience with scheduling preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • Ability to work independently.

Work Environment
This job operates in executive settings with frequent engagement at the highest levels of DoD leadership. This role uses executive office equipment and classified communication systems.
Physical Demands
The physical demands are typical of executive positions, with extensive travel and high-stress decision-making requirements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time executive position with flexible hours based on mission requirements.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected
Experience
3+ years of experience in administrative support or office management, preferably within a Department of Defense (DoD) secure facility or a multi-program environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred (experience may substitute).
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
  • 5-7 years in security and/or administrative support.
  • Ability to obtain a CDSE FSO certification within 6 months.
  • Understanding of DISS and NISS
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is $95,000.00-$105,00.00 depending upon education and experience. We offer comprehensive benefits that allow you to balance work and life.
