Job description

The Associate Manager-Regional Brand Marketing supports the execution of brand marketing programs in the region and supervises grassroots community engagement efforts. This position partners with peers to deliver scalable marketing programs, develop tools and models for local activation, and leverages local knowledge to inform go-to-market strategies. This role serves as a primary local contact under regional marketing guidance.

Candidates for the Associate Manager, Regional Brand Marketing position must reside in or around St George, UT. This position is home-office based, with travel required as needed. 


  • Local Marketing Alignment and Coordination:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for local marketing activities, ensuring all initiatives are strategically aligned with overarching brand objectives. Provide essential local support for marketing strategies and participate in customer demonstration events, open houses, customer appreciation activities, and other public events designed to drive sales.
  • Local Insights and Strategic Adaptation:
    • Use local knowledge to support go-to-market actions through local execution and insights, align marketing to local dynamics, and coordinate with organizational goals. Build partnerships with MDU owners and property managers for referral deals and new marketing opportunities.
  • Community Engagement Ownership:
    • Lead non-sponsorship community engagement efforts, including outreach in schools, libraries, and other organizations. Take ownership of planning, executing, and evaluating grassroots activities that reinforce the brand’s presence within local communities.
  • Scalable Program Development and Delivery:
    • Collaborate with peers to develop, refine, and execute scalable grassroots models, toolkits, and event templates. Enable local teams to efficiently activate brand strategies through standardized and customized programs adapted to meet diverse community needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience.
  • 4+ years of brand marketing, community outreach or event planning experience.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Other Qualifications

  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Background and/or working knowledge in customer service, marketing, management and/or sales.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Located within a strategic market in assigned region.
  • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5% to 35% of the time.
