Job description

Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe's all about. We give everyone-from emerging artists to global brands-everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Program Manager, EWX Transformation to support high-impact initiatives that shape the future of employee experience at Adobe.

In this role, you'll join the Office of Transformation within the Employee & Workplace Experience (EWX) organization-an energized team of strategists, process/service designers, and change leaders who love solving complex challenges. You'll focus on program management for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that modernize how we deliver HR and Workplace services, improve how employees receive support, and help EWX drive measurable outcomes for the business.

This is a high-visibility opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact-working closely with leaders and project teams while building strong program muscles across planning, execution, team alignment, and change enablement.

What you'll do

Program Management for Special Projects: Support end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives and special projects-helping teams establish clear scope, plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success measures.

Execution & Operating Rhythm: Drive program operating cadence (project plans, action tracking, decision logs, RAID, and status reporting) to ensure progress, remove blockers, and maintain momentum across workstreams.

Cross-functional Coordination: Partner with global and regional Employee Experience teams, IT, Legal, Finance, and other collaborators to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables-ensuring smooth execution across geographies.

Portfolio Support: Contribute to portfolio visibility by supporting intake, prioritization discussions, resourcing conversations, and ongoing progress tracking for the transformation roadmap.

Change & Enablement Support: Help build and coordinate change, communication, and training plans that enable adoption of new services, processes, and tools. Support learning strategies that build new capabilities and ways of working (including AI fluency).

Continuous Improvement & Insights: Collect feedback, synthesize insights, and help teams translate data into actions-improving program delivery, stakeholder experience, and measurable outcomes.

Program Storytelling: Create crisp, executive-ready updates that simplify complexity, communicate progress, and highlight key decisions needed to keep initiatives on track.

What you need to succeed

6-10 years of experience in program management, business operations, consulting, or related roles in a global, matrixed organization.

Demonstrated ability to manage large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines.

Strong fundamentals in program/project management, including planning, documentation, RAID management, executive status reporting, and facilitation.

Confidence working with ambiguity-able to break down complex problems into structured plans and drive next steps.

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills; able to tailor messaging for different audiences.

Interest in transformation work across employee experience, HR services, operations, and process improvement; familiarity with agile ways of working is a plus.

Experience with tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
