WhatYou'llDo

Office Operations & Workplace Management (Primary Focus)

  • Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the office to keep everything running smoothly
  • Be the main point of contact for all officerelated needs (ifsomething'soff,you'reon it)
  • Keep the office stocked, organized, and welcoming. Snacks included (arguably themost important part)
  • Maintain shared spaces like the kitchen, conference rooms, andcommon areassothey'realways ready for use
  • Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries

Logistics, Vendors & Office Systems

  • Partner with building management to handle maintenance requests and office needs
  • Manage vendor relationships (Verizon, FedEx, office suppliers, etc.)
  • Coordinate deliveries, services, and recurring office needs
  • Keep things running efficiently (and cost-effectively)

Hybrid Workplace & Employee Experience

  • Help create a consistent and engaging experience for both in-office and remote employees
  • Coordinate onboardinglogistics(welcome materials, shipping equipment/swag)
  • Partner with HR and IT tomakeDay 1 smooth and organized for every new hire
  • Support remote employees by coordinating shipments, recognition moments, and company touchpoints
  • Keep a pulse onwhat'sworking (and what's not) and suggest ways to improve the employee experience

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and coordinate office lunches, team events, and engagement activities
  • Help keep our employee run committees on the right path (fun team, community involvement, and wellness)
  • Help bring energy to the office and create moments that make people enjoy coming in
  • Support a culture that feels welcoming, inclusive, and connected

Meetings, Events & Office Experience
