The Program Manager will lead, manage, and track all aspects of assigned Intergalactic programs, including but not limited to scope, schedule, and budget, to achieve all strategic, contractual, and tactical milestones from the time that a new program is awarded to the final delivery of contracted intellectual and physical product to the customer.
The Program Manager may also be assigned deputy roles in programs lead by Senior Program Managers. This role also bears responsibility for acquiring resources for programs and processes while supporting the organization's strategic direction, as well as identifying and managing progress toward long term goals.
In addition to managing internal Integrated Product Teams, the Program Manager is the primary Point of Contact with customers during program execution and plays an indispensable role as the face of Intergalactic.Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage individual programs, as assigned, by leading all crew members in a matrixed organization through their various job functions, including business development/proposal support, engineering, design, purchasing, assembly, test, SDRLs, customer TIMs, and more. Serve as the main point of contact and main focal point of communication, timelines, tasks, and schedules.
  • Maintain effective communication on all aspects of the program among the project team and the client to ensure all goals, tasks, and deliverables are understood clearly throughout the entire program.
  • Maintain effective and positive communication with program customers to ensure a strong relationship and positive supplier rating. Anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.
  • Provide timely, clear, and concise communication of program status, risks and opportunities, scope change information, and recovery plans to all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in engineering, science, or program management discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in program management, including at least 2 years in the aerospace industry

The base pay range for this position is $112,000.00 - 128,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on Jun 30, 2026.
