We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Enterprise Program Management Office. The Senior Program Manager leads enterprise-scale programs and initiatives, providing strategic oversight and direction to project managers and cross-functional delivery teams. This position is focused on our payment solutions portfolio and partners closely with IT and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, align priorities, and deliver high-impact programs that support corporate objectives.
The Senior Program Manager is critical to driving enterprise collaboration, enabling strategic execution, and delivering measurable business value.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with IT and business leaders to develop roadmaps and manage priorities for payment solutions initiatives
  • Lead enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Provide oversight and direction to project managers and delivery teams to drive consistent, high-quality execution
  • Own program governance, including scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program deliverables and executive-level communications
  • Lead and train staff as needed; other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with treasury management payments processes and products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in project management processes, methodologies, tools, resource and change management practices, or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior and executive stakeholders, and manage scope, budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Experience in solution identification and assessment, vendor selection, and creation of business and financial cases

This position is fully in office (5 days a week) at the Zions Technology Center - 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047
