Telecom Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and operation of telecommunication systems within an organization. They manage teams, coordinate with vendors, and ensure that voice, data, and video communication networks are reliable, secure, and efficient. Telecom Managers also develop policies, plan upgrades, and resolve issues to support business communication needs.
