What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access expectations, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and sharing updates with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious activity.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and help follow established access control practices for offices, data rooms, and other restricted areas.
  • Support day-to-day operations by preparing reports, noting policy violations, and communicating clearly with employees, guests, and/or first responders during routine and urgent situations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • A guard card and/or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
