Job description

Join a Growing Telecom + SaaS Innovator

Broadband Dynamics is a growing telecommunications carrier and software company transforming how enterprises connect with their customers. We deliver carrier-grade voice services and voice-centric SaaS solutions to large enterprise clients worldwide, combining network reliability, modern software innovation, and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

We are expanding our sales organization and seeking a hands-on, fully remote Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale a high-performing distributed sales team. This role is ideal for a telecom or UCaaS sales leader who thrives in a remote, execution-driven environment and wants ownership over revenue outcomes.

Why This Role Matters
  • You will own the day-to-day revenue engine for a distributed sales team
  • You will hire, onboard, and develop remote sales talent
  • You will shape sales messaging, pipeline discipline, and go-to-market execution
  • You will partner closely with executive leadership to scale predictable, repeatable growth

This is a builder role, not a maintenance role.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a remote, quota-carrying sales team to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal progression through structured pipeline reviews
  • Actively coach through call reviews, role-plays, objection handling, and deal strategy in a remote environment
  • Develop and refine sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to improve conversion and sales velocity
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting, hiring, and onboarding high-performing remote sales talent
  • Oversee lead generation and distribution in partnership with the lead mining team
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product on sales messaging, scripts, and enablement tools
  • Plan and execute industry trade shows and events, including pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up
  • Track and report performance metrics across pipeline, revenue, activity, and event ROI
What We're Looking For
  • Extensive experience in telecommunications, UCaaS, CCaaS, or SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role
  • Proven success leading remote or distributed sales teams
  • Consistent history of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of enterprise telecom solutions and sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, hold accountability, and create structure in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and sales analytics
  • Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission
  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k))
  • High-impact leadership role with visibility and ownership
  • Fully remote work environment with a results-driven culture
  • Professional growth and leadership development opportunities
