Position: Call Center Representative
Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: Be available to work a shift between 7am-8pm CST Time. MON-FRI (8hr Shift + OT When needed).
Equipment: Provided and Shipped
Start Date: TBD
Job Details:
  • Receive inbound calls, may require outbound calls depending on department.
  • Update patient data, ensuring accuracy.
  • Using computer skills for data entry.
  • Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
  • Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.

Requirements:
  • Must have call center experience.
  • Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must have active internet already installed and the ability to work from home.
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
  • Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
  • HS Diploma/Equivalent.
