However, you will also have access to our outpatient office in Tempe, Arizona, when necessary. As a crucial member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy services tailored to the needs of your clients.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals.
• Engaging in therapy sessions through various modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy, ensuring to adjust approaches based on client feedback and progress.
• Working collaboratively with clients to establish clear goals, monitor their progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans throughout the therapeutic process.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, using our user-friendly platforms for scheduling and notes management.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to hone your skills and stay updated on best practices in the mental health field.

Our diverse clientele may include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health challenges. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from various backgrounds and ages, allowing you to utilize diverse therapeutic techniques to assist them in achieving their wellness goals.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• A valid and unrestricted license from the State Board (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD) to practice independently without supervision.

In addition to the required qualifications, candidates with a minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a counseling or therapy setting will be prioritized. Experience with specific populations or presenting issues will be considered valuable.
