Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy services grounded in evidence-based modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and create personalized treatment plans that focus on measurable outcomes.
• Establish therapeutic relationships with clients, guiding them to articulate their goals and continuously monitoring their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines using a secure platform that ensures client confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborative case reviews to enhance treatment strategies and share insights on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will involve working with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, families, and adults dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your approach will reflect cultural competence and an understanding of the diverse backgrounds represented in our client base, enabling you to tailor your therapeutic tactics effectively.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current and valid licensure in the state of Oregon permitting independent practice without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling is required, we prefer candidates who have demonstrated experience in delivering therapy in a variety of settings, including community health clinics or similar environments. Experience with diverse client populations and various therapeutic modalities is a plus.
