Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans, outlining clear objectives and strategies for client progress.
• Facilitate therapy sessions across various modalities, adapting approaches to meet the dynamic needs of clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation following all regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and quality of care.
• Utilize a user-friendly platform for efficient client scheduling, communication, and management of therapy notes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Current full licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD) by the State Board to conduct independent therapy without supervision.

Preferred Experience

We desire candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of various therapeutic techniques and a commitment to continuous professional development. Experience with electronic health records and telehealth platforms is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
