This remote position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while serving students in their educational institutions. Our clinic operates primarily Monday to Saturday, providing you with the flexibility to design your work schedule according to your personal and professional commitments. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify needs and develop therapeutic treatment plans.
• Implement and evaluate evidence-based clinical interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to the unique contexts of students and their families.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team through regular documentation updates and meetings, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care and treatment.
• Maintain ethical documentation practices, completing paperwork in a timely manner to meet departmental standards and facilitate effective communication.
• Engage in collaborative case management, working with community programs and professionals to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to each student's needs.

Your primary clients will be students in a school environment who are experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues. You will work closely with parents, teachers, and school administrators to create a holistic support system. By utilizing proven therapeutic modalities, you will help empower students to navigate their challenges, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience.

• A current and valid clinical license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a mental health or counseling setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, coupled with a compassionate approach to care.

• Experience with CBT and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Familiarity with school-based mental health services and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Experience working with diverse populations, adapting approaches to different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
