• Clinical Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of students’ mental health needs through interviews, standardized assessments, and observation to create individualized treatment plans.
• Evidence-based Interventions: Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy tailored to each student’s unique challenges and goals.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, including HIPAA regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other healthcare providers to create an integrated approach to student support and care.
• Consultation: Participate in case consultations, peer reviews, and interdisciplinary meetings to continuously improve care standards and share insights.
• Patient Education: Empower students and their families with knowledge and strategies regarding mental health, fostering their resilience and coping skills.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on current research and developments in the field to implement best practices effectively.

You will primarily focus on a diverse patient population composed of school-aged children and adolescents, addressing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. This position requires cultural competence and the ability to navigate the complexities of young individuals' lives and their environments.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and families.
• Proven proficiency in implementing solution-based and trauma-informed care interventions.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-driven atmosphere, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
