• Conduct thorough assessments of clients utilizing evidence-based methodologies to identify their unique needs and challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and the latest mental health research, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to support client recovery and resilience.
• Maintain comprehensive client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and confidential.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and peer support counselors—to provide integrated care that addresses both psychological and social factors influencing client health.
• Engage in educating clients and their families about mental health challenges, empowering them to manage symptoms and optimize recovery processes effectively.

As an LCSW at Epiphany Counseling Group, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active LCSW license in the state of Arizona with a clear disciplinary record.
• Proven skills in clinical social work, including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and treatment planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems, demonstrating an ability to adapt to remote working technologies.

• Experience working in a detox or rehabilitation setting, particularly within remote therapy frameworks.
• Familiarity with integrated treatment planning and interdisciplinary approaches to mental health care.
• Engagement in continued education and training related to the latest trends and interventions in mental health.

Epiphany Counseling Group values the contributions of its team members. This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include:
