• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to address clients' concerns.
• Facilitate group, family, and individual therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can express themselves and explore their challenges.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about the latest mental health practices and research.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure high-quality client care and referrals when necessary.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Inland Counseling Center, you will work primarily with clients who experience a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance misuse. Your expertise will be crucial in providing accessible care to those who have limited access to mental health services, particularly within vulnerable populations in the Gilbert community and surrounding areas.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with a diverse client base.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical principles in mental health practice.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, enhancing multidisciplinary care for clients.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies for efficient practice management.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment.
• Experience working in community health settings or clinics focused on serving marginalized populations.

This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload. In addition, employees will have access to comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as malpractice insurance coverage.
