Heart of Hope In-Home Health Care Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. • Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients to establish and work towards personalized treatment goals.
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy that empowers clients to manage their mental health proactively.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans to address each client's unique needs.
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies to provide a coordinated approach to care.
• Ensure timely completion of all documentation and maintain accurate session notes for effective client tracking.
• Regularly participate in staff meetings to contribute to team strategy and organizational culture.
• Enhance our team environment by sharing insights and supporting colleagues in their professional development.

We serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our focus is not solely on treating symptoms but on fostering long-term improvement and resilience in our clients. You will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their mental health journey through tailored interventions and support.

• A valid and fully licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degrees are preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively express therapeutic concepts and engage with diverse client backgrounds.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients, fostering a safe space for exploration and healing.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a collaborative spirit to enhance team dynamics.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or related fields, demonstrating a commitment to developing therapeutic relationships.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources and the ability to navigate referral systems.
• Previous experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.

• Salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, adjusted based on your level of experience and credentials.
