This role is 100% remote, allowing flexibility and comfort while ensuring that you can effectively support clients in a school-based environment. You will collaborate with educational professionals, parents, and community resources to create a holistic support system for students. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, group, and family psychotherapy to students, helping them cope with emotional and psychological challenges.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments through client interviews to gather pertinent information regarding their social, emotional, and environmental circumstances.
• Developing and implementing therapeutic interventions and strategies tailored to individual student needs, ensuring they align with best practices in clinical care.
• Planning and coordinating school programs that address various mental health concerns and promote overall student wellness.
• Facilitating crisis interventions, offering immediate support and resources, and ensuring appropriate follow-up care.
• Building and maintaining trust-based relationships that encourage students to engage actively in their therapy process.
• Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of treatment strategies, making necessary adjustments to enhance patient outcomes.
• Documenting all client interactions in a detailed, timely manner, adhering to established organizational protocols and confidentiality standards.
• Maintaining a manageable caseload that ensures high-quality, attentive care for each student.

This role primarily focuses on students facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, social issues, family transitions, and trauma. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a supportive school environment where every student feels valued and understood. You will play a critical role in early intervention and prevention strategies, significantly influencing the mental health trajectory of young individuals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience working in social work or related fields, with a proven track record in providing clinical therapeutic services.

Ideal candidates will have previously worked in a school-based setting, providing counseling services to children and adolescents, and possess experience in treating behavioral health issues including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and family dynamics. Strong familiarity with community resources is a plus, as it aids in connecting students and families with external support services.
