Pay Rate: $23.44 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including exterior grounds, entry points, parking areas, and other assigned areas, noting and reporting security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, observing visitor activity, and reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.
  • Support security-related operations within a technology-focused location by documenting incidents, completing required reports, and following post orders and client-directed procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
