Job description

Project Manager

We're hiring for an experienced OSP Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for operational strategies, and be equipped with the leadership qualities needed to successfully lead a team to meet their goals. Ideal candidates will have extensive senior-level operations experience in utility construction. We're looking for reliable and hard-working individuals that take pride in their work.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining an operational strategy as the senior leader of the OSP construction team
  • Ensuring divisional financial goals are met
  • Facilitating growth
  • Fostering company culture
  • Meeting and exceeding company safety goals
  • Forecasting growth of the department.
  • Promoting a positive image as a senior leader

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience within the telecom industry
  • 5+ years of experience in utility construction
  • Familiar with all aspects of OSP operations
  • Business development skills

Preferred:

  • Master's Degree in Construction Management or Business Administration
  • Proficient with construction management software
