The four main types of project managers are functional, projectized, matrix, and hybrid. Understanding these types helps in selecting the right management approach for specific projects and organizational environments.

What are some common challenges faced by Solution Project Managers during project implementation, and how can they be effectively addressed?

Solution Project Managers often encounter challenges such as aligning diverse stakeholder expectations, managing complex project scopes, and adapting to evolving client requirements. Building strong relationships across technical and business teams also helps streamline problem-solving and ensures project goals remain on track.
