Hexcel is currently seeking a Project Manager for our Casa Grande, AZ location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

  • Lead all capital projects at the Casa Grande facility, with potential to support projects across the region (up to $50M), which would include, but not be limited to, scoping and estimating the projects, authoring capital expenditure requests for the same, leading multi-functional project teams, providing cost and schedule control, identifying required resources, and coordinating between all affected parties.
  • Manage the site's capital budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation of project expenditures.
  • Lead and coordinate multi-functional project teams, providing cost and schedule control.
  • Develop project proposals, capital expenditure requests, and technical specifications.
  • Communicate project status to senior employees and stakeholders; deliver formal presentations as needed.
  • Work with site personnel to execute projects efficiently with minimal impact to operations.
  • Manage procurement processes, including negotiations with suppliers and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout project execution.
  • Provide oversight for commissioning and startup of new or modified equipment.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in engineering or project management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing capital projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines (instrumentation, electrical, civil, mechanical, chemical).
  • Experience leading and working within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in developing and interpreting engineering and construction drawings.
  • Ability to perform safety analysis (e.g., HAZOP or FEMA).
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel as required and obtain necessary visas.
