Shape the future of AI-powered hospitality and senior living experiences at Amazon. Alexa Smart Properties is building the next generation of enterprise voice and multimodal experiences - deployed at scale in hotels, senior living communities, and healthcare facilities worldwide.
As a Principal Technical Program Manager on this team, you'll drive the delivery of complex, multi-team programs that bring Alexa's AI capabilities to enterprise customers across the US, Europe, and beyond. You'll work at the intersection of innovative AI, device software, cloud services, and real-world customer deployments - partnering with engineering, product, UX, and business teams to turn ambitious roadmaps into shipped products.
