The successful candidate will be an analytical problem solver, and have an extremely high level of customer focus. This role will support our goal to deliver scalable water infrastructure. This role will support AWS's sustainable infrastructure expansion by owning development of mechanisms and technology solutions that deliver automation, data management, and analytics to help achieve our scale.
Key job responsibilities
Identifying system improvement opportunities by analyzing data, monitoring metrics, and partnering with internal teams.
Defining new features to meet emerging customers' needs.
Drive process improvement to streamline execution of technology solutions to completion.
Designing and developing automated reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions
Work collaboratively with other AWS teams to support the management of energy and water programs.
Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
Facilitate collaboration between engineering teams, non-technical partners, and stakeholders on global team's technology requirements, goals, and milestones.
