QUALIFICATIONS 2-4+ years of technical recruiting experience Technical recruiting background preferred but not required Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) for updating candidate information and maintaining detailed notes pertaining to recruitment activity Experience utilizing various job boards for sourcing technical candidates Knowledge and proficiency in effective Boolean search strings Ability to understand and speak to technical concepts and requirements Strong understanding of employment market to be able to educate candidates and clients on market status, trends, rates, etc. Effective communication and negotiation skills RESPONSIBILITIES Sourcing and identifying candidates for any potential opening within an IT department Conducting interviews and screening steps to determine candidate eligibility and suitability for open positions Presenting detailed summaries of candidate skills and qualifications for consideration Coaching candidates on interview skills and preparedness, resume content, and current job market realities Completing reference checks and onboarding requirements Compiling information and insights on potential business leads Networking and building long-lasting relationships with both candidates and clients Creating and maintaining an up-to-date candidate matrix to be able to quickly identify and recommend candidates for available positions Link Technologies is an equal opportunity employer
