Position Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional enterprise programs that drive strategic business initiatives and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a strong background in enterprise program management, Agile delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and organizational transformation.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans. You will oversee multiple high-impact initiatives, manage risks and dependencies, improve operational processes, and ensure successful program delivery while fostering collaboration and accountability across teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex enterprise-wide technical programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Translate executive strategy into actionable roadmaps, project plans, milestones, and measurable deliverables.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between business leaders, technology teams, and external partners.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, reporting standards, and project management best practices.
  • Track program performance using KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage multiple concurrent programs while balancing priorities, resources, and timelines.
  • Improve operational efficiency through process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate executive communications, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder updates.
  • Support organizational change management efforts to promote successful adoption of new processes and initiatives.
  • Mentor project teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance standards, policies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills/Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of progressive experience managing enterprise-level technical programs or complex cross-functional projects.
  • 3+ years of leadership or people management experience overseeing project or program teams.
  • Strong expertise in Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Proven success delivering enterprise-scale initiatives across multiple business and technology organizations.
  • Experience developing governance frameworks, executive reporting, risk management strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Strong ability to influence executive leadership and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level reporting skills.
  • Experience with organizational change management and business process improvement.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar project portfolio management tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management, or a related discipline.
