Description:
  • The CM or alternate shall have full authorityto act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation ofthis contract.
  • The CM shall work through the COR, to resolve issues, receive technical instructions, and ensure adequate performance of services.
  • The CM shall ensure that contractor employees do not perform any services outside the scope of the contract without an official modification issued by the KO.
  • The CM shall ensure contractor employees understand that services performed outside the scope of the contract are performed wholly at the expense of the contractor.
Requirements:
  • Leading and supporting business development and capture activities across the National Guard Bureau;
  • Expanding opportunities within agencies such as USDA, DOJ, and other Federal organizations where your experience and relationships create strategic value;
  • Supporting proposal development, capture planning, customer engagement, and strategic growth initiatives;
  • Participating in executive strategy sessions and corporate planning discussions; and
  • Helping strengthen and expand NextStep Technology's Federal portfolio.
