Job description

Overview
We are seeking a strategic, technically fluent AI Program Lead to drive the development, deployment, and governance of AI initiatives across the enterprise. In this role, you will translate business strategy into measurable outcomes by delivering AI solutions across business lines and building the operating frameworks and change management required to scale responsibly.
You will work closely with executive leadership and technology teams to ensure initiatives are scalable, measurable, and aligned to business priorities.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and own the enterprise AI program strategy, aligning priorities, resources (including external partners), and funding to company goals.
  • Build and maintain an AI roadmap across business units and functions, identifying high-impact use cases.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and assess relevance, risk, and readiness for adoption

Program Execution & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Lead cross-functional AI initiatives from discovery through deployment, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, decisions, risks, dependencies, and executive escalations.
  • Define KPIs and success criteria for each initiative, and track value realization (e.g., cost savings, revenue impact, risk reduction, and cycle time).
  • Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required
  • 5+ years of program/project management experience delivering AI/ML or data-driven initiatives.
  • Relevant advanced degree may substitute for some experience.
  • Extensive experience with AI platforms and tools (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or similar)
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and driving cross-functional delivery in ambiguous environments. Familiarity with LLM-based applications, generative AI products, or AI agents
  • Strong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle - from data collection and model development to deployment and monitoring
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred
  • Background or education in a technical discipline (Engineering, Data Science, or Computer Science)
  • Proficiency with program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid frameworks)
  • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology programs

What Success Looks Like
  • In the first 60 days, you will have mapped existing AI initiatives, met key stakeholders, and identified quick wins and gaps.
  • By 90 days, you will have established program governance, report cadences, and aligned on a prioritized AI roadmap.
  • By 12 months, you will have delivered measurable business impact through scaled AI programs and built a repeatable operating model for AI delivery.
