Technical Program Product Manager - Technical Program Product Manager III
Location: Arlington, Virginia (Onsite)
Compensation: $63 - $73 hourly
Role Overview
An experienced, self-directed Technical Program Manager is sought to create and enhance the applications used to enable and support a growing Professional Services practice. This is an opportunity to define and design innovative processes and applications to enable the organization to scale its capabilities. In this role, you will own responsibility for one or more process and systems areas and partner with stakeholders to define both the near-term and long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting analysis to identify opportunities, highlight strengths, and provide recommended corrective actions.
  • Gathering, aggregating, and developing requirements.
  • Designing and visualizing both functional and technical solutions with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Optimizing and designing detailed business processes.
  • Inventing new ways to define and measure program effectiveness and organizational productivity.
  • Performing root cause analysis and presenting recommendations.
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for one or more functional areas and delivering training.
  • Performing regular system audits to ensure complete and accurate data.
  • Contributing to the writing of papers for internal audiences.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, technical program management, and functional and technical systems design. Deep experience with Salesforce and/or similar CRM applications. Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis/visualization, process design, stakeholder management, and large systems deployments. Proven ability to use data to qualify assumptions and recommendations. Ability to distill, cater, and communicate complex analysis and insights to senior leaders, both verbally and in writing.
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with the Financial Force Professional Services Automation (PSA) product or other PS automation application.
  • Experience working within a high-growth technology company.
  • Master's degree.
  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities, workloads, and tight timelines in a fast-paced work environment.
