As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Consumer & Community Banking Core Engineering Solutions, you will be part of a fast-growing product team responsible for driving and improving the engineer experience across the entire Consumer & Community Banking organization. You will need to leverage your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories for developing innovative solutions. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

Job responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers to understand challenges and develop solutions to resolve them driving satisfaction and holding a customer first mentality

  • Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements

  • Provide leadership for Product Owners and Technical Partners to help them understand all the non-feature work required to run their product and deliver on commitments with a focus on operating metrics and executive reporting

  • Partner with technology and product leaders to build strong stakeholder relationships, enhance planning and prioritization processes, deliver scalable and practical solutions that reduce development effort, and drive accountability for program execution and outcomes

  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals

  • Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

  • Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team

  • Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management or product management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization

  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.

  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.

  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients

  • Become the go-to person for your domain, assuming a highly visible role within the company as the subject matter expert presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership

  • Be passionate about the Product Development process, always striving to improve processes to ensure teams operate to their maximum effectiveness and efficiency

  • Ability to balance the discipline of delivery, the opportunity of creativity, and the need to have fun
