Job Summary:
Accelint is a mission-driven technology company focused on strengthening national security and supporting critical industries. The Program Manager (AI) will ensure that assigned programs are completed on time and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with customers and understanding their requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Manages assigned projects to ensure technical and financial objectives are achieved through the efficient allocation of resources, effective subcontractor management, comprehensive risk management, etc.
• Develops customer trust and maintains strong professional relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Observes, receives, and otherwise obtains information from all relevant sources, internal and external.
• Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Communicates frequently with supervisors, management, and peers to ensure adequate flow of information and awareness to meet deadlines and deliver the work product.
• Supports capture efforts for follow-on and new business opportunities.
• Coordinates capture efforts with business development and digital infrastructure consultants.
• Works inside secure spaces following security policies and procedures and couriering materials.
• Performs face-to-face interactions with Dayton, OH-area customers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
• BS in business, mathematics, engineering or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least ten (10) years of program management related experience, preferably in defense industry
• Extensive experience managing a program/project team to execute a government contract or development efforts.
• Experience writing and managing proposals.
• Expertise with typical project management (planning and control) systems and tools such as: Contract and Subcontract Management, Systems Engineering Process, Integrated Master Plan, Integrated Master Schedule, Work Break Down Structure, Earned Value Management System, Agile Project Management, Integrated Baseline Review, Periodic Program Reviews, Major Milestone Reviews, Capture and Proposal Plans, Internal Budget Development and Business Case Development.
• Proven ability to guide a software product development process.
• Expertise using MS Office toolset.
• Possess strong communication (both oral and written), organizational, interpersonal, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to travel to support technical presentations, testing, and customer interactions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Department of War (DoW) Security.
Preferred:
• An advanced degree in business administration, human resources, management, psychology, sociology, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies.
• Familiarity with Dayton, OH area customers and their requirements.
• Experience working on classified programs.
• Experience working with secure information technologies.
• Systems engineering skills including Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Experience authoring and submitting deliverables according to contract requirements.
• Experience leading subcontractor efforts and collaborating with fellow contractors as part of an Integrated Development Team (IDT).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• AF/LCMC and/or ARFL experience as military officer, civilian, or support contractor.
