Strategic Program Manager

Your Impact
As a Strategic Program Manager, you will lead large-scale data center programs from award through delivery, ensuring customer commitments are executed with speed, precision, and accountability. This role is critical to aligning cross-functional teams, driving operational execution, and protecting both profitability and customer trust as we scale.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead full lifecycle execution of awarded programs from purchase order receipt through final delivery
  • Drive cross-functional planning sessions to align scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs
  • Partner across manufacturing, field operations, procurement, service, and customer teams to ensure projects stay on track
  • Monitor schedules, identify root causes of delays, and lead proactive problem-solving efforts to minimize disruption
  • Manage program budgets, change orders, and profitability targets with strong operational discipline
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes and improve execution speed across the business
  • Capture lessons learned and operational wins during project closeout to support future scalability and repeatability
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or related environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables
  • Excellent systems fluency including ERP systems, Excel, and project management tools
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Experience supporting data center infrastructure, modular manufacturing, or scalable product delivery is strongly preferred
  • PMP, CPM, or equivalent project/program management certification is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with Speed, Judgment, and Accountability
