About the role: As an Onboarding Specialist at TQL, you’ll help shape one of the most important moments in an employee’s career - their first impression. You’ll drive the onboarding experience for our Sales and Sales support teams, building excitement and engagement from their first day through their first 90 days. You’ll also have the opportunity to influence and enhance our onboarding program by introducing innovative ideas that elevate the experience for every new hire across the company.
