Job Description:
We need to hire 2 Technical Program Managers immediately - one having experience in Enterprise Security Program and other having managed SOX Compliance Programs.
This is a long-term role and candidates to be based out of San Diego California only. They will work with Director Security and other stakeholders of CISO Org.
Enterprise Security is the immediate one followed by SOX Compliance one.

Technical Program Management
  • Specifically, we need support to help manage both larger end-to-end technical programs, or in some cases, smaller workstreams within a program.
  • Need program managers that are experienced in traditional program management (e.g., developing milestones and project plans, communication with stakeholder teams, etc.) and with larger program management craft skills (e.g., being able to tie specific work to strategy, understanding and then helping the team to focus strategically by prioritizing key work and enabling tradeoff discussions, as an example)
  • Also need program management support familiar with technical domain expertise, in an agile environment, can work with architects and engineers, understand architecture and drive technical discussions/decision making, and work directly with engineers as dependencies for larger programs/projects.
