About the role.
The Regional Integrated Quality Manager - Global Snacking is a critical leadership role responsible for driving quality excellence across multiple manufacturing sites and functions. This position partners closely with the Snacking Operations Quality Director to lead end-to-end quality initiatives, ensuring consistency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The role oversees key pillars including sensory acceleration, traceability, MDI, compliance, and customer quality, while enabling a strong culture of data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the region.
What you'll be doing.
  • Lead the strategic development and execution of regional sensory programs, including governance, testing standards, and performance tracking
  • Own MDI and continuous improvement initiatives by driving KPI performance, root cause analysis, and cross-functional project execution
  • Provide leadership and support during traceability drills and real-time trace events to ensure effective and timely responses
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert for Management of Change (MOC), building capability across site teams
  • Oversee ALBD (Age, Lost, Blocked, Damaged) program management, including data analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder alignment
  • Lead investigations and corrective actions for trailer quality claims to improve product integrity during transit
  • Manage document control processes and ensure effective rollout of controlled documents across all sites
  • Act as the primary liaison with the global regulatory team to drive proactive compliance and regulatory alignment
  • Lead customer technical support activities, including complaint management, audit readiness, and customer visits
  • Drive food safety initiatives such as sanitation excellence, hygienic zoning, and compliance with regional regulatory requirements

What you'll need to be successful.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Quality, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management within manufacturing, food, or regulated industries
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems including ISO, GMP, and HACCP
  • Proven ability in data analysis, root cause problem solving (RCA, A3), and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, document control systems, and change management
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Experience with digital quality management systems (e.g., SAP, Intelex) preferred
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Sensory program experience and food safety expertise are strong assets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)

You will be part of the Global Snacking Quality team, collaborating with regional plant quality leaders, supply chain partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. This role works closely with the Snacking Operations Quality Director and plays a key role in connecting plant-level execution with global quality strategy, driving consistency and excellence across multiple sites.

Compensation Package : $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 . USD annually + Bonus eligibility
