How to become a technical manager?

The qualifications you need to pursue a career as a technical manager vary depending on your employer. For example, you need an associate’s degree in computer science or information technology along with work experience in the IT field for some entry-level technical manager jobs. However, to qualify for a higher level management position, you need at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field as well as industry work experience.
