Senior Manager I Requirements Management (eGRC Project)

This Requirements Management position plays a critical role on our enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC) project team. The Senior Manager will lead the requirements workstream, ensuring client needs are accurately captured, communicated, and delivered throughout the project lifecycle. This position combines leadership, technical skill, and client-facing expertise to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Lead the requirements workstream and align deliverables with client expectations.

Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.

Facilitate daily client meetings for updates, feedback, and issue resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are well-communicated and implemented.

Analyze data to support project planning, reporting, and decision-making.

Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Develop clear, actionable project artifacts to support technical implementation, including SOPs, user stories, and documentation.

Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management OR CPA, CISA, PMP, CGFM, or CDFM certification.

Minimum 6 years of experience in federal financial management.

Minimum 3 years of federal accounting experience.

50% of personnel at this level must hold a current CPA license.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred).

Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar tools.

Proven experience gathering technical and functional requirements and communicating them to diverse audiences.

Strong client relationship management and analytical skills.

Ability to support business development and proposal activities.

Demonstrated success leading and mentoring team members.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.

Ability to onboard quickly and deliver immediate value.

Proficiency in developing supporting artifacts for technical implementation (SOPs, user stories, etc.).
