What You'll Be Doing
Team Development and Leadership
โ€ข Develop, coach, and mentor full-time Foremen, creating individualized development plans to enhance technical, teaching, and leadership skills
โ€ข Provide ongoing guidance, support, and communication for field staff, including performance reviews and scheduling coordination
โ€ข Lead with a hands-on approach to foster growth, accountability, and team excellence
Training and Workforce Development
โ€ข Identify skill gaps across internal teams and freelance labor
โ€ข Build and oversee training programs to upskill technicians and meet evolving project demands
โ€ข Oversee onboarding programs for new hires and freelancers, ensuring readiness and alignment with company standards
โ€ข Support and help deliver training initiatives including Introduction to SI programs and SI Boot Camp
Resource Planning and Staffing
โ€ข Build and expand a nationwide network of qualified freelance labor and labor providers
โ€ข Vet and onboard new external resources to strengthen workforce capacity
โ€ข Partner with Project Managers to ensure proper staffing for each installation project
Operational Support and Compliance
โ€ข Ensure compliance with company safety standards, policies, and required technical certifications
โ€ข Partner with senior leadership to develop clear career progression paths aligned with performance and organizational needs
โ€ข Supervise and support the Field Services Staffing Coordinator and assist Service department operations as needed
What We're Looking For
Education and Experience

Technical Skills
