What You'll Be Doing
Team Development and Leadership
โข Develop, coach, and mentor full-time Foremen, creating individualized development plans to enhance technical, teaching, and leadership skills
โข Provide ongoing guidance, support, and communication for field staff, including performance reviews and scheduling coordination
โข Lead with a hands-on approach to foster growth, accountability, and team excellence
Training and Workforce Development
โข Identify skill gaps across internal teams and freelance labor
โข Build and oversee training programs to upskill technicians and meet evolving project demands
โข Oversee onboarding programs for new hires and freelancers, ensuring readiness and alignment with company standards
โข Support and help deliver training initiatives including Introduction to SI programs and SI Boot Camp
Resource Planning and Staffing
โข Build and expand a nationwide network of qualified freelance labor and labor providers
โข Vet and onboard new external resources to strengthen workforce capacity
โข Partner with Project Managers to ensure proper staffing for each installation project
Operational Support and Compliance
โข Ensure compliance with company safety standards, policies, and required technical certifications
โข Partner with senior leadership to develop clear career progression paths aligned with performance and organizational needs
โข Supervise and support the Field Services Staffing Coordinator and assist Service department operations as needed
What We're Looking For
Education and Experience
โข Proven experience leading technical teams in AV, systems integration, or related fields
โข Demonstrated success in training, coaching, and workforce development
Technical Skills
โข Strong understanding of AV systems, integration environments, or technical field operations
โข Experience developing or delivering structured training programs preferred
