Title: Technical Administrator (L1)
Location: South San Francisco, CA
Job Summary:
Responsible for tracking inventory, migrating schedules, and generating spreadsheets for technicians, data collection, etc. Once administrative work is complete, individual will transition to actual technical work.
Requirements/skillsets:
  • Good organizational skills that are relative to an administration role.
  • Good time management skills are a must.
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Basic or general understanding of computer usage and skills.
  • Support of PC & MAC Platforms & Operating Systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive which includes Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Slides
  • Strong skills in computer programs used for process control as well as document and spreadsheet creation and interpretation
