Position Overview

IMAGINiT is seeking a high-impact Manager, Strategic Solution Specialists to lead and develop a team of Solution Specialists responsible for driving growth of Bluebeam, GoCanvas, SiteDocs, and related construction technology solutions. This role combines people leadership, revenue accountability, partner management, sales strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Strategic Solution Specialists.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and career development plans.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, opportunity strategy sessions, and performance coaching.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and customer success.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.
  • Drive adoption of consultative selling and executive engagement best practices.
Strategic Business Leadership
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for Bluebeam, GoCanvas, SiteDocs, and future solution portfolios.
  • Align initiatives with organizational growth objectives and partner priorities.
  • Identify market opportunities, whitespace accounts, and expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on territory and account planning.
  • Forecast pipeline, revenue, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments.
Revenue Growth & Opportunity Management
  • Own team performance against revenue, gross profit, pipeline, and growth objectives.
  • Support strategic and competitive opportunities.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to accelerate sales cycles.
  • Ensure consistent execution of sales methodologies and CRM best practices.
  • Assist with executive customer engagements and account planning.
  • Drive cross-sell, upsell, and new customer acquisition initiatives.
Partner & Vendor Leadership
  • Serve a management liaison with Bluebeam, GoCanvas, SiteDocs, and strategic partners.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews and planning sessions.
  • Coordinate partner-sponsored programs, promotions, and events.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and co-selling initiatives.
Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Services, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Help define and execute solution-specific sales plays and campaigns.
  • Drive internal enablement and knowledge-sharing programs.
  • Provide leadership with market and customer insights.

Required Qualifications
