What You'll Be DoingAs our Talent Program Specialist, you'll design, implement, and manage programs that support performance management, leadership growth, succession planning, and employee career pathing. You'll work closely with HR, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure our talent strategies align with Nextech's business goals and culture.
