The Crown Is YoursAs a Talent Management Program Manager, you'll help shape how employees and managers set goals, exchange feedback, assess performance, develop talent, and grow their careers. You'll partner closely with Human Resources Business Partners, Learning & Development, Human Resources Information Systems, and People Analytics to create a more connected talent experience across the employee lifecycle.
