ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy and execution for critical roles across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with business objectives. Your role will involve managing the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, candidate generation and pipelining, client relationships, and presenting offers.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in recruitment. Additionally, you will be part of a team environment contributing to the continuous improvement of the talent acquisition team.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating search strategies by developing and maintaining market intelligence, researching target companies, and building network relationships to attract and hire top talent for Anheuser-Busch

  • Understanding the company's organizational structure and desired skill sets and profiles needed for each position

  • Acting as a Talent Advisor to clients and key business leaders by providing strategic guidance based on expertise

  • Partnering with key business leaders to identify hiring needs (short and long-term) and developing a strategy to find top talent to deliver to the business

  • Sourcing, screening, presenting, and managing candidates across multiple departments, which could include but not be limited to Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and HR

  • Leading routine client meetings to discuss active and passive searches, including but not limited to candidate and role status and progress, metrics, key insights, and challenges

  • Sharing recruitment knowledge base with the team by providing best practices and tips on relevant industries and talent pools

  • Being an advocate for Anheuser-Busch to all candidates and external sources

  • Driving continuous improvement in the recruitment process by bringing innovative solutions and leveraging industry benchmarks to address existing gaps and elevate the recruitment team

  • Supporting various special projects as needed


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-4 years full-cycle recruitment experience or experience in a human resources focused role strongly preferred

  • Workday recruiting experience strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field required

  • Experience in advising & influencing leaders and hiring teams

  • Demonstrated ability to own and drive the recruitment process with all levels of leadership

  • Effective analytical and project planning/project management skills

  • Comfortable with communicating professionally to all levels of candidates and leaders

  • Demonstrated ability to own confidential and sensitive people related matters

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
